Murri Watch was established in 1991 just prior to the handing down of the recommendations arising from the Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody. With a focus on maintaining a record of zero deaths in custody, their community outreach programs put staff in contact with thousands of at risk clients each year across Queensland.
With a unique blend of care, community outreach and risk mitigation required for each client interaction, the Murri Watch team needed a way to improve data collection and accuracy while dramatically reducing staff admin time.
